WEBSHOP

We would like to point out that the web shop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner as well as the name, address, payment information of the buyer, the customer number and the name of the referrer for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for the subsequent processing of the contract.

We also store the following data for the purpose of processing the contract Order content, billing information, date of birth, telephone number, customer number, username and password. The data provided by you is necessary for the performance of the contract or for pre-contractual measures. We cannot enter into a contract with you without this information. We may also use the information to contact you in connection with the performance of the contract. The data will be passed on to the processing credit institution/payment service provider for the purpose of debiting/payment of the purchase price, to the shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, to our tax advisors for the fulfilment of tax obligations, to other advisors for the enforcement of our claims and rights and, within the scope of legal obligations, to authorities (e.g. tax authorities, courts, etc.). In addition, data will be transferred to the payer (business partner) for the fulfilment of contractual obligations.

After the purchase process has been completed, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, personal data relating to the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the limitation period for liability claims.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of legal provisions (TKG, BAO, UGB) as well as for the purpose of contract fulfilment and in our legitimate interest, which consists in the assertion and defence of claims and rights (legal interests).

SUPPORT INQUIRIES

If you contact us via the contact form on the website or by email, your details will be stored for six months for the purposes of processing your enquiry and any follow-up queries. If enquiries are sent to us by customers or contractual partners, these enquiries will be stored until the expiry of the limitation period. The legal basis for data processing is the fulfilment of contractual and pre-contractual measures as well as our legitimate interest in being able to and wishing to provide the best possible service in response to enquiries, thereby generating further customers (economic interest) and in need of any enquiries and their answers for subsequent official or legal proceedings (legal interest).

Some of these recipients are located outside your country or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not be the same as in your country. However, we will only transfer your personal data to countries that have been found by the EU Commission to have an adequate level of data protection, or we will take steps to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection. NEWSLETTER

You can subscribe to our newsletter via our website. To do this, we need your email address and your agreement to receive the newsletter.

Once you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent and our legitimate interest in continuing to offer and promote our products (commercial interest).
